The Opportunity
The Community Associate supports new and existing customers and helps maintain a community within the workspace centre.
The role provides administrative and operational support so customers can focus on running their businesses.
Daily Customer and Centre Support
- Prepare the centre before opening and check that facilities are ready.
- Respond to customer requests involving Wi-Fi, packages, directions, meeting rooms, printing, invoices, and workspace conditions.
- Assist with projectors, meeting-room setup, incoming calls, and other basic technical needs.
- Ensure services are properly charged so customer invoices are accurate.
- Sort mail and notify customers when packages are available.
- Open service portal tickets for workspace issues.
