Customer Services Manager position based in Hyderabad, India.

About you
- Experience delivering against targets while leading a small, close-knit team is preferred.
- Experience in a flexible workspace centre, store, restaurant, or another customer-focused site is advantageous.
- Strong sales and commercial skills are important for the role.
- The role requires passion, drive, ownership, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the centre’s performance and day-to-day site operation.
- Solve problems and respond to challenges across the site.
- Give tours to prospective customers.
- Upsell services to existing customers.
- Provide customer service that encourages customers to become brand ambassadors.
- Maintain the quality of service and the workspace.
