- Prepare settlement proposals and follow up with banks until closure
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and agreements
- Build strong relationships with banking representatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
- Meet monthly performance and recovery targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory, debt management, or credit settlement
- Proven experience in negotiating with banks in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking and credit policies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
