Role Description
Provide empathetic, solution-oriented, and responsive customer service across omnichannel touchpoints.
Serve as the primary client contact while collaborating with Customer Support Leads, Operations, Product Support, and Account Managers.
Support high customer satisfaction and retention through efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose service issues and guide customers through problem resolution.
- Manage customer escalation cases and track issue resolution timelines in CRM systems.
- Update self-service knowledge base articles.
- Collect customer feedback for product and operational teams.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Technical teams on customer issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong aptitude in customer-facing roles, client support, call center operations, or service administration.
- Experience supporting customers through live chat, email ticketing, phone, and social media messaging.
