- Strong communication skills in Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)

- Customer Service Associate (Saudi Nationals)

- Location: RUH14 Riyadh, KSA
- Total Pay Rate: 8600 SAR (Basepay 6143 SAR + Other allowances 2457 SAR)
What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
- Be the first point of contact for our Saudi Arabia customers in Arabic by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email
- Handle everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Be a Saudi national
- Minimum qualification of a high school degree
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM
