We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join the passionate Codingal team. Job Details: Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 days working with one day week-off Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional experience to the customers across chat, Email, and call Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers Handle escalation tickets and resolve them within defined SLAs Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes Be a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction Who You Are: Minimum 6 month of experience in customer support, BPO, or any client-facing role is a must Excellent verbal and written communication in English Comfortable with managing high volume of queries without dropping quality Empathetic and ability to work under pressure Available to join within the next 15 days - Immediate joiners preferred Compensation: INR 3.5-4.5 LPA Perks & Benefits: Free Lunch & Dinner Exposure to a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup Work with a mission driven team Health Insurance Please note that this is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
