General Summary
Qualcomm is seeking a Customer Program Manager for customer-facing engineering activities involving connectivity-focused SoC semiconductor products.
The role tracks program execution and key performance indicators while improving program management workflows and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the direct point of contact for leading-edge customers and vendors on connectivity product programs.
- Align with external partners and engineering leads on optimal solutions.
- Coordinate and track issues as a dedicated point of contact.
- Run program schedules, status meetings, action items, and delivery acceptance.
- Coordinate activities to ensure statement of work goals are achieved.
- Review schedules, risks, and resolution strategies with management.
- Define and drive process frameworks for consistent execution and quality deliverables.
- Ensure work breakdown structures align with program intent and realign them as needed.
- Drive internal kickoffs, deliveries, and signoffs with internal and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of program management or related work experience.
