- Manage customers infrastructure issues: diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues
- Conduct platform health checks and recommend improvements
- Ensure technical documentation of the architecture
- Collaborate with Product team and Solution Engineers to support pre sales
Requirements
- Strong expertise in on premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage)
- Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm based deployments
- Background in customer facing technical roles
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Comfortable working in a remote, async first environment

Role Overview
- The Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre sales process.
Your Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the deployment of their platform.
- Manage customers infrastructure issues.
- Conduct platform health checks.
- Ensure technical documentation of the architecture.
- Collaborate with other teams.
Profile We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in on premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments.
- Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as docker, podman and kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm based application deployments.
- Background in customer facing technical roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.
