About the Role

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the deployment of their platform, including design, implementation, and configuration
- Manage customers' infrastructure issues: diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues
- Conduct platform health checks to assess performance and resilience, recommending improvements
- Ensure technical documentation of the architecture, writing and updating clear documentation
- Collaborate with Product team to integrate architectural needs and with Solution Engineers to support pre sales
Requirements
- Strong expertise in on premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm based application deployments
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues
- Background in customer facing technical roles
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic
- Comfortable working in a remote, async first environment with strong autonomy
- Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify effective solutions for infrastructure challenges
- Ability to integrate the Customer team and willingness to learn products and threat intelligence domain
- Team player with collaboration skills

- The Customer Platform Architect supports customers in deploying on premise infrastructure for Filigran products, conducts health checks, and provides pre sales advisory.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: assist in design, implementation, and configuration.
- Manage customers' infrastructure issues: diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues.
- Conduct platform health checks: perform on demand audits to assess performance and resilience.
- Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: write and update architecture related documentation.
- Collaborate with Product team and Solution Engineers to support pre sales and integrate architectural needs.
Profile We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in on premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and cloud exposure.
- Practical experience with Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
