About the Role
The employer is seeking a Customer Order Management Representative to manage end-to-end order processing for EU/Antwerp operations from the Dubai office. The role involves order entry, tracking, ERP record maintenance, and coordination with logistics partners.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end customer order processing for EU / Antwerp operations — order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination (A–Z).
- Follow up on order entry and monitor order flows daily, including work supported by order tracking tooling (e.g. Ordereye).
- Maintain accurate, complete records in ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) for orders and related documentation.
- Liaise with warehouse teams and ODC logistics partners to ensure timely, cost effective outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse colleagues to align order fulfilment with supply and demand.
- Actively strengthen quality in weaker areas — most notably outbound order entry — by applying consistent checks and safeguards to reduce recurring errors.
- Provide reliable back up coverage for the Antwerp order desk during peak periods and colleague absences.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as order accuracy and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in customer order management, order processing, order fulfilment, or a comparable customer service / logistics support role.
- Exposure to international import/export processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Microsoft Business Central, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills, with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
- Comfortable serving European operations from a Dubai base and working cross functionally across teams and time zones.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- GTR (Global Travel Retail) or duty free experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with order follow up / monitoring tools (e.g. Ordereye) is a plus.
- Familiarity with working in an EU based company is a plus.

About the role
- Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) has one ambition: to be the best distributor in Duty Free & Travel Retail.
- To support the continued growth of our Antwerp operations, we are looking for a Customer Order Management Representative based in our Dubai office (Jebel Ali Free Zone), 100% dedicated to Antwerp / EU order operations.
- This is a hands on, detail driven role for someone who takes ownership of getting customer orders right, end to end.
