- Close coordination with Logistics and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely delivery and avoid demurrages
- Sales support including liaising with the Sales Department and reporting
Requirements
- SAP knowledge is mandatory
- Hands on experience in end to end customer order management is mandatory
- Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs) and export documentation will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in similar role

Overview
