JOB PURPOSE

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales preferred
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory (Russian is preferred)
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Customer centric attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally
Location Expectation
- This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
