About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as one point contact between Partner and MetLife, overseeing all aspects of day to day management and ongoing coordination
- Create and manage campaign budget
- Campaign planning including customer segmentation, product sequencing, and persistency
- Forecasting, planning, and managing current and future campaigns
- Manage campaign profitability and P&L
- Manage all DM campaigns operating through bank call centers
- Daily reporting in approved template ensuring correctness
- Handle and resolve escalations from call center agents, TLs, and customers
- Provide on job training for agents and ensure they are competent in delivering sales numbers
- Monitor random calls to improve call quality and maintain service quality levels
- Provide escalation metrics for customer complaints and maintain TATs
- Work closely with partners to ensure smooth and seamless operations process
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience with insurance and banking industry
- Strong campaign management background
- Graduate or post graduate degree
- Extensive experience in driving and motivating team to achieve targets with strong negotiation skills
- Client relationship and campaign management experience
- Strong insight of financial industry, ability to interpret and prepare strategic presentations

The Role
- Campaign Manager will be the one point contact between Partner & MetLife.
- Oversee all aspects of day to day management and ongoing coordination.
- Responsible for creating and managing campaign budget.
- Critical Performance Criteria: End to End campaign management.
Key Relationships
- Reports to: Sr. Sales Manager
- Key Relationships: Non PPA Partnerships
- Other Key Stakeholders: Gulf & EMEA Team
Key Responsibilities
- Core Expertise in Operations, Vendor Management, Client Relationship & end to end sales process.
- Campaign Planning: Customer Segmentation, Product Sequencing, Persistency.
- Forecasting, Planning & managing current & future campaigns.
- Campaign Profitability / P&L management.
- Manage all DM campaigns operating through bank call centers.
- Daily Reporting in approved template ensuring correctness.
- Handle & resolve escalations from call center agents, TL’s and customers.
- Provide On Job training for agents and ensure they are competent in delivering sales numbers.
- Monitor random calls to improve call quality and keep service quality levels up to MetLife Standards.

Candidate Qualifications
- Strong campaign management background with banking/insurance background.
- Extensive experience in driving and motivating team to achieve targets with strong negotiation skills.
- Client Relationship and Campaign Management.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Manage sponsor relationship strategically based on business requirements.
- Strong insight of financial industry, should be able to interpret and prepare strategic presentations.

- Set and execute a sponsor relationship strategy.
- Ensure financial success & monitor quality.
- 5 10 years of experience with insurance & banking industry.
- Candidate to be a graduate or post graduate.
