- Drive sales force effectiveness by optimizing resource allocation, sizing structures, and deployment strategies to maximize customer facing productivity
- Translate business unit strategies into comprehensive omnichannel customer engagement plans that align with organizational vision and objectives
- Lead customer profiling, segmentation, and targeting initiatives to ensure quality alignment with business objectives and customer engagement plans
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and analytics to track sales force effectiveness for both operational and transformational activities
- Support incentive plan design, management, and analysis to ensure alignment with business strategy and commitment objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Digital, Finance, Ethics, and People Business Partners to drive operational excellence
- Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across all business units
Requirements
- 1 3 years in Sales Force Effectiveness or related commercial operations role
- Pharmaceutical industry experience with understanding of commercial operations and customer engagement
- Experience with CRM tool management, sales analytics, and performance tracking systems
- Strong capability in data analysis, sizing exercises, and performance correlation analysis
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and influence strategic direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders

- Analytical abilities: Strong capability in data analysis, sizing exercises, and performance correlation analysis
