Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for product information and brand messaging through multiple channels with healthcare professionals
- Conduct dynamic customer profiling and segmentation to prioritize interactions and develop impactful engagement plans
- Promote Sanofi products according to company rules and local regulations to achieve sales targets
- Execute hybrid representative and omnichannel campaigns with full empowerment to improve customer engagement
- Conduct regular pharmacy visits to monitor product availability, movement, and introduce new products
- Develop and implement territory coverage plans while maintaining compliance with internal sales systems
- Communicate with key opinion leaders, gather market feedback, and support knowledge transfer to new team members
Education
Bachelor's degree in a medical field (Medicine, Pharmacy)
Experience
Proven sales and customer engagement experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Skills
Strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and territory planning abilities
Technical competencies:
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for customer engagement
Personal attributes:
Results-driven with strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance
