Knowledge of CRM, customer feedback, survey, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent ability to translate customer insights into practical business improvements.
Strong attention to detail with a customer-centric and commercially minded approach.
