Role overview
The Customer Experience Associate delivers friendly, attentive, and customer-focused service throughout the customer journey.
The role supports customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through professional, empathetic, and helpful interactions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across relevant communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, helpful information.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
- Support customers throughout their journey.

- Work with internal teams to improve service quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline.
