Role Overview
The Business Excellence Manager will drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and sustainable business performance.
The role involves reviewing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop performance frameworks and establish KPIs.
- Analyze business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Streamline workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and develop practical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
