Role Overview
The company is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused CRM Manager.
The role leads customer relationship management initiatives to strengthen engagement, retention, and loyalty.
CRM Strategy and Campaigns
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage customer segmentation and customer journeys.
- Optimize personalized campaigns across relevant channels.
- Use data-driven engagement strategies to improve customer value and engagement.
Analysis and Collaboration
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Identify growth opportunities from customer and campaign data.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
- Support consistent customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention.
- Have familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer analytics, and campaign management.
