Job Description

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Deliver product availability, share of shelf, planogram compliance, point-of-sale materials, and promotional activations.
• Use market data and customer understanding to grow sales volume and market share within assigned accounts.
• Partner with Customer Marketing and CCSL while managing relationships with account head offices, store managers, and merchandisers.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a comparable discipline.
• One to three years of sales experience, ideally gained in FMCG or retail.
• Confident sales, communication, and negotiation abilities with commercial judgment.
• Knowledge of the UAE retail landscape is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English.
