About the Role
Field-based commercial role focused on converting brand strength into point-of-sale results.
Manage a key account and take ownership of its commercial growth.
Focus on new listings, in-store product presentation, sales goals, and market share goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store standards including product availability, share of shelf, planogram compliance, point-of-sale materials, and promotional activations.
- Use market data and customer understanding to grow sales volume and market share within assigned accounts.
- Partner with Customer Marketing and CCSL teams.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with account head offices, store managers, and merchandisers.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a comparable discipline.
- One to three years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG or retail.
- Confident sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Commercial instinct to identify and act on opportunities.
- Knowledge of the UAE retail landscape is a distinct advantage.
- Professional fluency in English.
