You will build influential relationships with a range of stakeholders including allied health providers, employers and injured workers to achieve positive, early return to work outcomes.
About You
A customer experience professional
Resilient and composed in challenging situations
Strong problem solver and decision maker with excellent time management
Collaborative team member who proactively contributes to solutions
Experience in a similar role (case management, insurance, health or relationship management)
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, psychology, business or law are advantageous
