Must have skills : SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Production Planning modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex production workflows and translate them into effective software solutions. - Familiarity with integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules and external systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control within SAP environments.
