Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Production Planning modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex production workflows and translate them into effective software solutions. - Familiarity with integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules and external systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control within SAP environments.
