About the Role
EFS Staffing Solutions seeks a CTD Wellsite Drilling Engineer to supervise coiled tubing drilling and underbalanced drilling operations at the wellsite in Abu Dhabi. The role involves monitoring drilling parameters, performing field engineering calculations, and ensuring HSE compliance.

Responsibilities
- Support and supervise CTD and UBD drilling operations at the wellsite.
- Monitor UBD flow conditions and optimize drilling parameters for safe and efficient operations.
- Perform field engineering calculations, flow modeling, and operational analysis.
- Identify and troubleshoot drilling, pressure, and circulation related issues.
- Maintain accurate daily drilling reports and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with drilling programs, company procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Liaise with the Drilling Supervisor, Senior UBD Engineer, client representatives, and service companies.
- Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and Permit to Work activities.
- Ensure adherence to Well Control, H2S, and emergency response procedures.
- Provide technical recommendations to improve drilling performance and reduce non productive time (NPT).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drilling Engineering, or other relevant Technical Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD), Underbalanced Drilling (UBD), or Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations
