- Lead the onboarding and commercialization of Card to Account (CTA) and virtual payment solutions
- Drive client onboarding across corporate and travel sectors
- Develop sales enablement strategies, training materials, and go to market plans
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across the payments ecosystem
- Support business development initiatives and expand solution adoption across the GCC
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Cards, CTA, Virtual Payments, or B2B Payments
- Strong background in client onboarding, sales enablement, and business development
- Current or previous experience with Mastercard, American Express, or a similar payment network
- Deep understanding of the travel ecosystem (IATA/BSP, OTAs, TMCs) and B2B payment solutions
- Experience with API enabled payment solutions and fintech partnerships is highly preferred
- Professional proficiency in English

Overview
- We're partnering with a leading organization in the financial services and payments industry to hire an experienced CTA Onboarding & Sales Enablement Lead based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
