Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Riyadh and uses a full-time office/project work arrangement.
- The project may require shiftwork, overtime, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Project Overview
Bechtel is managing infrastructure works for Expo 2030 Riyadh, including early works, utilities, streets, parks, and publicly accessible spaces.
The Expo is planned for October 2030 through March 2031, with the infrastructure site transitioning into a mixed-use legacy development.
Job Summary
The CSU Area Manager supports program-wide testing and commissioning, operations and maintenance, asset data, and infrastructure handover.
The role coordinates with consultants, contractors, clients, project management consultants, and regulatory bodies to support safe, quality, and timely delivery.
Major Responsibilities
- Plan and direct CSU activities within an assigned project area.
- Supervise contractors' engineers and personnel and coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection commissioning.
- Coordinate interface testing, review test records and procedures, and verify system documentation.
