Customer Service Representative – Healthcare / Medical Equipment

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Corner Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑paced, patient-focused healthcare team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills who want to work in the durable medical equipment (DME) and healthcare services industry. We will train the right person—medical terminology or billing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Take customer orders and accurately enter information into the computer system.
• Assist walk‑in customers with product questions, retail sales, and order support.
• Initiate insurance verification and collect required insurance information.
• Prepare billing documentation including CMNs, waivers, and required forms.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with customers and referral sources.
• Balance the daily till and assist with deposit preparation as needed.
