About the Role
Decima International is seeking a detail-oriented CSA QA Inspector for a large-scale data center project in Dubai. You will support quality assurance for civil, structural, and architectural works, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation of project quality management system for civil, structural, and architectural works
- Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and project quality requirements
- Conduct site inspections for CSA activities including earthworks, concrete works, structural steel, architectural finishes, façade works, roads, external works
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures and project specifications
- Review and verify inspection requests, material approvals, test reports, quality records, and site documentation
- Identify quality issues, defects, deficiencies, and non conforming work; support issuance and closeout of NCRs
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project teams to resolve quality related issues
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure effective closeout of quality observations and non conformances
- Support material receiving inspections to verify compliance with approved submittals, specifications, and project requirements
- Participate in quality meetings, site walks, progress reviews, and technical coordination sessions
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, punch lists, NCR trackers, and closeout documentation
- Support testing and commissioning readiness by ensuring CSA works are completed, inspected, documented, and accepted
Requirements
- 10+ years of QA/QC, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural inspection, or construction quality experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of CSA construction activities, quality inspection processes, ITPs, method statements, material approvals
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, inspection requests, test reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records
- Knowledge of applicable construction codes, standards, and quality requirements for civil, structural, and architectural works
- Knowledge of concrete testing, structural steel inspections, waterproofing systems, architectural finishes, and building envelope quality requirements
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
- 10+ years of QA/QC, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural inspection, or construction quality experience within large scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission critical projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CSA construction activities, quality inspection processes, ITPs, method statements, material approvals, and site quality documentation.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, inspection requests, test reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
- Knowledge of applicable construction codes, standards, and quality requirements related to civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Knowledge of concrete testing, structural steel inspections, waterproofing systems, architectural finishes, and building envelope quality requirements.
- Ability to identify construction defects, non conforming works, and quality risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Familiarity with Aconex, Procore, BIM 360, Oracle Primavera Cloud, or other document control and quality management platforms.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, client representatives, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA, ASQ, or other relevant quality certifications.
- Experience working in a PMC, owner's representative, or client side project management environment.
- Previous experience working in UAE or the wider GCC region.
