Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the project quality management system for civil, structural, and architectural works
- Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and project quality requirements
- Conduct site inspections for CSA activities, including earthworks, concrete works, structural steel, architectural finishes, façade works, roads, external works, and related construction activities
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards
- Review and verify inspection requests, material approvals, test reports, quality records, and site documentation
- Identify quality issues, defects, deficiencies, and non conforming work and support the issuance and closeout of NCRs
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project teams to resolve quality related issues promptly
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure effective closeout of quality observations and non conformances
- Support material receiving inspections to verify compliance with approved submittals, specifications, and project requirements
- Participate in quality meetings, site walks, progress reviews, and technical coordination sessions
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, punch lists, NCR trackers, and closeout documentation
- Support testing and commissioning readiness by ensuring CSA works are completed, inspected, documented, and accepted
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (implied by degree requirement in metadata)
- Experience supporting QA/QC activities on large scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission critical projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction quality standards, site inspections, documentation control, and coordination

Job Overview
