Role Overview
Provide analytical and technical support to senior team members and Client Business Partners.
Support one or several clients with an analytical focus requiring category or CPS knowledge.
Deliver reports, visualizations, and insights to clients on an ad hoc basis.
Maintain ownership of CPS deliverables throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales and consumer data for projects.
- Write client reports and build presentations.
- Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs, and review it for errors and inconsistencies.
- Draft category overviews and issue-based reports with simple data interpretation.
- Set up and refresh regular reports, including commentaries and highlights.
- Share best-practice examples and apply suitable approaches in daily work.
- Support team members during client meetings and presentations.
- Create process documentation and complete projects.
Qualifications
- Be a student or graduate in Marketing, Economics, a related field, or technical or engineering studies delivered in English.
- Have 2+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
- Demonstrate strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building, and formatting.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is an asset.
- Have CPG expertise and experience with business intelligence tools.
- Communicate fluently in English verbally and in writing at least at C1 level.
- Work independently and as part of a team in virtual and multicultural settings.
- Manage time and workload effectively, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
