Role Description

  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms to maintain accurate customer data, track interactions, and support targeted campaigns.
  • Plan and execute social media and digital marketing activities, including content scheduling, audience engagement, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, segment customer databases, and coordinate with account and creative teams.
  • Support sales initiatives through data driven insights and personalized communication.
  • Handle multiple projects, ensure timely delivery of digital assets, and continuously improve customer experience across online touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with clients, and craft clear customer facing messages.
  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills to support lead nurturing, retention initiatives, and personalized customer engagement.
  • Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple social and digital campaigns on schedule.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and social media management tools, and familiarity with digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media best practices, and basic marketing automation is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous, along with prior experience in PR, digital, or agency environments in the region.
