- Manage, maintain, and enhance CRM systems to support business operations and improve overall performance
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems using APIs and Web Services
- Configure and customize CRM components, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plugins
- Develop custom solutions and extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related CRM technologies
- Perform data migration activities while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across environments
- Monitor system and integration performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Optimize CRM performance, scalability, and overall solution efficiency
- Integrate CRM platforms with SQL Server, SharePoint, and other third party applications and services
- Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation for systems, integrations, and support processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM systems development, administration, or integration
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations using APIs, Web Services, and related technologies
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM customization and development tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database management, and performance optimization
- Experience integrating CRM systems with SharePoint and other enterprise applications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Job Overview

- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing CRM solutions, designing and implementing integrations across multiple systems, and delivering scalable technical solutions.
