- Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, Flag State, and company requirements
- Coordinate with Masters, Operations, and HR regarding crew requirements
- Monitor contract and certificate expiry dates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in crewing or maritime HR
- Knowledge of STCW, MLC, and maritime documentation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with crew management software is an advantage
