Job Description
Coordinate offshore vessel crew certification, rotations, mobilization, demobilization, documentation, and reporting.
Support crewing activities for vessels under company management and work with internal teams, clients, and vessel representatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew certifications are complete and valid according to legal and other requirements.
- Plan crew changes and vessel mobilization or demobilization using cost-effective travel methods.
- Maintain offshore crew rotation plans and source crew when positions need to be filled.
- Complete post-hiring paperwork for offshore employees.
- Maintain crew leave records and contact crew when leave matures.
- Coordinate with crewing assistants, vessel superintendents, vessel agents, clients, procurement, transport, and PRO teams.
- Notify accounts about new, rejoining, and repatriated crew.
- Maintain crewing-related vessel cost records.
- Prepare weekly manpower and job progress reports.
- Assist the Marine HR Manager during audits and inspections.
- Maintain back-to-back crew rotation plans for assigned vessels.
Candidate Criteria
- Graduate degree, preferably in HR.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
