Role Overview
KFS is seeking a Junior Camp Boss to oversee crew accommodation in a marine/offshore environment.
The role covers day-to-day accommodation management, cleanliness, safety, welfare, facilities, maintenance follow-up, and crew support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards within the accommodation.
- Manage cleaning and overall upkeep to keep accommodation clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Report and follow up on accommodation repairs and maintenance requirements until completion.
- Implement and monitor the company non-alcohol and non-smoking policy.
- Support residents with difficult or complex issues and assist with escalated complaints or disputes.
- Report incidents, sickness, accidents, and unsafe practices to the Line Manager, Human Resources, and QHSE departments.
- Prepare daily crew attendance and occupancy reports.
- Manage check-in and check-out items, including temporary blankets, access cards, and other assigned items.
- Maintain the accommodation IN and OUT logbook.
- Inspect PPE, maintain PPE records, and record PPE disposal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth camp and accommodation operations.
