- Process monthly crew payroll register including reimbursements to avoid arrears and discrepancies
- Optimize costs related to travel, visa processing, medicals, and other logistics without compromising quality or compliance
- Coordinate with vessel sea staff and other departments to foster open communication and mutual trust
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Formal training in crew management or relevant management courses
- Understanding of international maritime regulations including MLC 2006 and STCW
- At least 2 years' experience in a crewing assistant role within the maritime industry
- Proficiency in MS Office tools

Job Description

- Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of crew changes of assigned vessels, ensuring efficient manning and adherence to client requirements.
- Process monthly payroll entry, review invoices, and handle ad hoc crew related activities.
- Ensure prompt crew mobilization to maintain operational schedules and minimize overdue days.
