This Crew Member role delivers an exceptional customer experience and supports restaurant operations.
Crew Members are trained across restaurant positions including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a clean and safe environment and refer difficult customer queries to managers.
- Follow brand standards, keep up to date with Five Guys University courses, and contribute to restaurant goals and targets.
- Maintain kitchen and operational areas by restocking workstations and completing assigned cleaning tasks.
- Follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
- Operate the company cash register accurately and maintain control of company assets.
- Support other restaurant employees and complete reasonable tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements and practices.
- Use the company cash register accurately and maintain proper control of company assets.
- Maintain required uniform, grooming, and punctuality standards.
- Keep up to date with Five Guys University courses.
