Role Overview
The opportunity is within the Five Guys business and covers multiple restaurant management roles: Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Manager.
The leadership team will work with other leaders and Crew Members to keep the Dubai branch operating at a high level.
The roles support customer and employee satisfaction, store profitability, sales growth, and performance against budgets.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with the District or Operations Manager to deliver business KPIs.
- Maintain health, safety, brand, and local municipality standards.
- Maintain development plans and ongoing reviews for store personnel.
- Oversee staff scheduling and shift coverage.
- Supervise preventive maintenance schedules.
- Own inventory and ordering within cost-of-goods targets.
- Develop strategies to increase average checks and achieve financial objectives.
- Review daily financial and operational reports.
- Manage the Secret Shopper program and conduct audits.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred.
- At least five years of food and beverage industry experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is preferred.
