Role Overview
The Crew Member will work for Five Guys under Shamal Holding at the Mirdif City Center store.
Crew Members are trained across multiple restaurant positions and are responsible for customer experience and restaurant support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in a clean and safe environment.
- Resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult queries to managers.
- Work in restaurant areas including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressings.
- Follow brand standards and complete Five Guys University courses.
- Contribute to restaurant goals and targets.
- Restock workstations and maintain kitchen, operational, restroom, and terrace areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, uniform, grooming, and punctuality requirements.
- Operate the cash register accurately and control company assets.
- Support other restaurant employees and complete reasonable management-assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is listed as a preferred educational qualification.
- At least one year of experience as service crew or in a similar role is required.
- Excellent customer service capability is required.
