About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform duties of Shift Supervisor during leave cover, otherwise return to Refueling Operator duties
- Ensure all aircraft are refueled safely, on time, efficiently and in compliance with regulations
- Perform normal operational tasks including refueling and depot operations
- Respond to emergencies and lead emergency team until senior management arrives
- Act as permit authority for issuing work permits
- Communicate technical bulletins, safety flashes, and circulars to staff
- Maintain customer relationships and report incidents
- Supervise, train and mentor staff
- Assist in maintaining planned maintenance system for plant equipment and vehicles
- Liaise with other Shift Supervisors for effective shift handover
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as aviation operator
- Minimum 3 years as Refueling Operator
- 6 months experience in shadowing supervisor duties
- Bachelor degree/Equivalent in Engineering or technical field
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
- Fluent spoken English and good written English
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Valid local UAE driving license
- Very HSE minded
- Thorough understanding of Air BP's Regulations for Refueling and Quality Control

Requirements

- Fluent spoken English and good written English

- Maintain documentation and records for stocks, sales, quality control
