Responsibilities
- Make daily and monthly collection reports region wise and company wide
- Chase outstanding customer accounts and finalize dues
- Manage a team of 8 10, conduct weekly one to one reviews
- Hold weekly/monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to escalate issues
- Attend customer queries on a day to day basis
- Prepare weekly receivables and ageing status reports for management
- Prepare data analytics and reporting on credit control matrix
- Set targets for the team and update management weekly
- Monitor closed receivables, police cases, third party collections
- Open debtor accounts with proper documentation
- Liaise with core finance functions for month end closing
- Visit clients for accounts related issues as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role for a major company within the GCC
- Expert in Excel and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Arabic language is a plus

Experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
- Expert in Excel and reporting

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Arabic language would be a plus
