Credit Control Executive

Summary of the Role

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer payments and follow up with customers and the sales team to reduce overdue balances and ensure timely collection.
• Review customer credit limits, payment history, and financial information to reduce bad-debt risk.
• Organize monthly credit meetings with the sales team and follow up on agreed payment and settlement actions.
• Prepare credit reports, accounts receivable confirmations, and documents supporting management decisions and legal recovery.
• Review and approve the release of orders on credit hold in line with credit policy and customer credit terms.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or multinational company is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
