About the Role
Trane Technologies is hiring a Credit & Collection Officer in Jeddah to manage accounts receivable, credit assessment, and collections for the Middle East & Africa region. The role requires 3+ years of experience in credit and collection, knowledge of trade finance instruments, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Gather information for credit assessment and payment terms approval
- Support credit assessment of new and existing customers and approve credit limits
- Provide information on credit checking and order holds and releases on timely basis
- Manage collection and maintenance of account receivables, including Trade Finance requirements
- Follow and optimize collection protocol: monthly statements, pre calling, promise to pay, dunning letters, customer visits
- Ensure funds are correctly applied to customer accounts and minimize unapplied cash
- Prepare reports as per monthly schedule and ad hoc basis
- Expedite resolution of customer disputes and queries by linking with Sales/Order Management/Warranty
- Promote a culture of continuous process improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Local credit policies and other compliance requirements
Requirements
- University Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar field
- Minimum 3 year experience in Credit & Collection or similar role
- Good understanding of commercial credit and collection practices and financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Experience with Letters of Credit and Promissory Notes
- Good accounting background and financial knowledge
- Good ERP knowledge with excellent MS Office skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Saudi National is a must

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring
