- Lead end to end delivery, operational performance, and customer success of digital energy optimization solutions
- Direct a global team of 100+ professionals responsible for deployment and operation
- Oversee customer onboarding and technical deployment across AWS and Google Cloud environments
- Direct ongoing AI driven optimization of customer buildings to deliver energy savings
- Lead value verification programs to demonstrate energy savings and ROI to customers
- Own customer health metrics, net revenue retention, and expansion targets
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high performing operations organization
- Manage operational financials including budgeting and resource allocation
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software/AI solution delivery
- Experience leading operations at a high tech software company (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Hands on experience with GCP or AWS in an operational context
- Experience in enterprise software environments (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage operational budgets
- Advanced data analytics skills
- Outstanding communication skills in American English and Canadian French (spoken)
- Canadian resident legally permitted to work in Canada and travel throughout the US

- Reporting directly to the Trane Technologies Chief Digital Officer.
What you will do
- Lead seamless onboarding of new enterprise customers onto the Trane platform.
- Oversee technical deployment across AWS and Google Cloud environments.
- Develop scalable onboarding methodologies, playbooks, and tooling.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian energy, data privacy, and building regulations.
- Direct ongoing AI driven optimization of customer buildings.
- Deliver on peak shaving commitments and tangible energy savings.
- Establish performance monitoring frameworks, escalation protocols, and SLA standards.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead design and execution of value verification programs.
- Apply financial acumen and data analytics to quantify impact.
- Own customer health metrics, net revenue retention, and expansion targets.
- Serve as executive escalation point for strategic customer relationships.
What you will bring
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software and/or AI solution delivery.
- Demonstrated success leading operations at a high tech software company (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Deep hands on experience with GCP or AWS in an operational context.
- Experience in enterprise software environments (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage operational budgets.
- Advanced data analytics skills.
- Proven track record executing large, complex portfolios of projects on time and within budget.
- Outstanding communication skills in American English and Canadian French (spoken).
- Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. regulatory environments.
Preferred
- Background in building technology, HVAC, energy management, or sustainability sectors.
- Experience with IoT or AI/ML platforms deployed in industrial or commercial real estate.
- Prior experience operating across both U.S. and Canadian markets.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline.
Additional Information
- Candidates need to be Canadian residents legally permitted to work in Canada and travel throughout the US.
- Annual base salary range: CAD 214,636.66 CAD 273,100.00.
- Total direct compensation range: CAD 300k 400k including incentive plan.
