Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content strategies for each client: pillars, campaign concepts, editorial calendars and shoot briefs.
- Write all video scripts: agent facing pieces, property narratives, VO scripts, Reels hooks and short form content.
- Write copy across all formats: captions, WhatsApp micro content, warm lead sequences and insights report narratives.
- Analyse social and paid performance data across all client accounts and translate findings into clear creative direction.
- Identify content and creative trends relevant to Dubai real estate and bring those opportunities to the team.
- Run quarterly content strategy reviews with partners, presenting data backed recommendations.
- Brief the production team clearly: shoot briefs that leave nothing ambiguous on the day.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a content strategy, copywriting or creative strategy role, ideally in a fast moving agency or content studio
- A strong writer first. Your scripts should be watchable and your captions should stop the scroll.
- Comfortable with data: you can read platform analytics, spot what matters and turn it into a creative decision.
- Experience across Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp as content formats, not just publishing platforms.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and luxury lifestyle content is a strong advantage

THE ROLE
- This is an important creative role at the intersection of storytelling, strategy and data.
- You will own the content direction for a portfolio of boutique real estate brokerages in Dubai: developing the ideas that get made, writing the scripts that get filmed, and using performance data to make both sharper over time.
- You will work closely with the creative leads, production team and social managers to ensure everything published is grounded in a clear strategic intent and measurable against real outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
