- Own the day to day partner relationship for assigned partners
- Manage content calendars across accounts, ensuring strategy is briefed, produced, approved, and published on schedule
- Coordinate approvals between clients and the studio, managing feedback loops efficiently
- Deliver regular reporting to clients, translating performance data into clear takeaways
- Manage influencer collaboration logistics, coordinating with influencers and tracking deliverables
- Flag performance concerns, content gaps, or client issues to the Creative Strategist and Creative Director early
- Attend monthly strategy reviews with the Creative Strategist to ensure client direction stays current
Requirements
- 2–4 years managing client accounts or social media in an agency or content studio environment
- Strong communicator with client confidence; comfortable presenting, managing expectations, and having honest conversations
- Organized and detail oriented; able to run tight calendars and manage approvals
- Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp from a content management perspective
- Understanding of real estate, property, or luxury lifestyle sectors is an advantage

THE ROLE
- This role is the human face of the business to each partner. You own a portfolio of boutique real estate brokerage partner accounts end to end; managing the relationship, keeping content moving through the pipeline, coordinating approvals and ensuring the brokerage’s presence across social media is
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the day to day partner relationship for your assigned partners.
- Manage content calendars across your accounts, ensuring what was strategised is briefed, produced, approved and published on schedule.
- Coordinate approvals between clients and the studio, managing feedback loops efficiently and keeping projects moving.
- Deliver regular reporting to clients on their accounts, translating performance data into clear takeaways.
- Manage influencer collaboration logistics for your accounts, coordinating with influencers or their representatives, tracking deliverables and ensuring content is approved and published correctly.
- Flag performance concerns, content gaps or client issues to the Creative Strategist and Creative Director early.
- Attend monthly strategy reviews with the Creative Strategist to ensure client direction stays current.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years managing client accounts or social media in an agency or content studio environment.
- Strong communicator with genuine client confidence; you’re comfortable presenting, managing expectations and having honest conversations.
- Organised and detail oriented; you run tight calendars, nothing falls through the gaps and approvals don’t stall on your watch.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp from a content management perspective.
- Understanding of real estate, property or luxury lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
