Job Summary
Attraction for Events is seeking a hands-on Creative Specialist – Events.
The role develops creative solutions and high-quality visual presentations for events, exhibitions, and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, themes, and visual directions for events and activations.
- Prepare tenders, proposals, pitch decks, concept presentations, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, and client briefs and develop creative responses.
- Create mood boards, key visuals, event branding, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Work closely with Project, Production, 2D/3D Design, and Video teams.
- Present and explain creative concepts to clients when required.
- Support multiple projects and tender submissions under tight deadlines.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in events, exhibitions, creative design, or a related field.
- Proven experience preparing event tenders and proposals is mandatory.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation design skills are required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required.
- Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and storytelling skills are required.
