IMI is hiring a Creative Production Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multimedia content for IMI Media Academy. The role involves producing training videos, promotional content, and managing digital presence.

Responsibilities
- Produce training videos, promotional content, and multimedia communication materials for IMI Media Academy
- Film, photograph, edit, and deliver high quality multimedia content from concept to final output
- Capture behind the scenes content showcasing Academy programs, activities, learners, trainers, and culture
- Provide photo and video coverage of Academy events, graduations, workshops, showcases, and other key initiatives
- Transform learning objectives and program content into engaging visual, video, and multimedia formats
- Plan and execute all stages of content production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post production
- Create and edit content for digital platforms, including social media channels and the Academy website
- Manage and maintain the Academy’s digital presence by publishing, updating, and optimizing content across social media and the website
- Develop multimedia assets to support e learning initiatives and digital learning experiences
- Maintain and organize creative assets, photography, video footage, and digital content libraries
- Ensure consistent application of IMI Media Academy branding guidelines across all visual and multimedia content
- Monitor and report on digital engagement and content performance, providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in media production, content creation, communications, or creative project coordination
- Experience supporting multimedia, video, or digital content projects
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and content production workflows
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)

Role Summary
- The Creative Production Executive supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative and multimedia content for IMI Media Academy’s training programs, marketing initiatives, and digital platforms.
- The role assists in the production of visual content, training materials, promotional assets, and Academy events while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Role Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in media production, content creation, communications, or creative project coordination.
- Experience supporting multimedia, video, or digital content projects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and content production workflows.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital learning formats and visual content for educational or corporate environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
