to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions across business functions.

You will be responsible for building smart workflows, reducing manual work, improving reporting accuracy, and helping departments use AI in a practical, measurable way.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify repetitive tasks and operational gaps that can be improved through AI and automation
- Build and manage automated workflows using AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and system integrations
- Automate HR, sales, marketing, admin, reporting, and internal coordination processes where relevant
- Work with department heads to gather requirements and turn them into practical solutions
- Create dashboards, trackers, templates, and process automations to improve efficiency and visibility
- Test, monitor, and refine automations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business value
- Train internal teams on how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly
- Maintain proper documentation for workflows, logic, and process ownership
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and recommend solutions that are actually useful, not just trendy
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI automation, workflow automation, process improvement, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Notion AI, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to convert them into automated workflows
- Ability to connect systems, organize data, and simplify manual operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in real estate, operations, HR, sales support, or business services is an advantage
