- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department heads.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely hiring process.
- Coordinate offer management and onboarding documentation.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Real Estate Developer recruitment.
- Experience hiring technical and corporate professionals.
